Orchestra Next, the resident orchestra with the Eugene Ballet, also provides musical mentorship to aspiring musicians.  Each year we pair them with some of the most highly regarded professional musicians in the Pacific Northwest. ON’s model is simple: provide live music for the ballet, place students next to professionals, pay everyone, keep administrative costs low, cultivate excellence, and have fun.
