Frances Pinkham

Director of Development and Operations

Frances Pinkham (they/she) performs as Second Horn with the Eugene Symphony and Newport Symphony Orchestra and is the former Second Horn of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. They moved to Eugene in 2022 to pursue a Master of Arts in Musicology at the University of Oregon, where their research focused on the relationship between voice, gender, and technology. A passionate supporter of the arts in Eugene, Frances also currently serves as a Production Coordinator for the City of Eugene’s Cultural Services department, and has worked for the Oregon Bach Festival and the Hult Center for the Performing Arts.

In their spare time, Frances loves to hike, cook meals for friends, and take thousands of photos of their two cats.
